About Liquid Adrenaline:

Liquid Adrenaline is a guild that prides itself on having close friendships, a fun atmosphere, and a seriously progressive raid environment. We are not into 25 man content but seek the thrill of pushing all aspects of 10-man content. We focus on achievements, titles, mounts, and much more.
A large majority of our members and officers have been playing together for years and many of us are real life friends as well. This has created a solid foundation built on communication and trust. Because of our dedication to each other and the guild, we work through obstacles quite easily and consistently improve all aspects of the guild.
Many other guilds offer a lure of gear and grandeur, but here at L.A. , we hope to attract the best raiders that are focused on content and raid experience over the promise of Purples. We hope you enjoy your experience with Liquid Adrenaline and find a longterm home with us!

Rules and Expectations:

1. Have fun.
2. Don't be a douche - Have a good attitude and treat all guildies with respect.
3. Do not ninja.
4. Do not cause drama.
5. Do not troll.
6. Discrimination is absolutely not tolerated.
7. Don't do anything that will give our guild a bad name.
8. Respect your leaders during raids. Sharing opinions and ideas is fine to a point but let the leaders lead.
9. Be prepared for raids. You must show up on time, have your 300 buff food, and your gear must be fully gemmed, enchanted and reforged. You should always research 3 bosses ahead of current progression.
10. If you will be late or absent for a raid let your raid leader know ahead of time.

Ranking System:

If we invite you to trial you, you will start out as an Intern. This does not guarantee you a permanent home with LA. If we like you and think you are working out in our raids, after a few weeks we will promote you to Employee. After a while if you meet all the requirements (Performance, attendance, coming prepared, having a good attitude etc.) we will promote you to Tenure. (Yay guild repairs!) If after a while you notice you haven't been promoted to Employee or Tenure, there is a good chance you need to improve on something in which case you need to work really hard to prove yourself and keep your spot. Until you are a Tenure there is no guarantee that you won't be replaced in your raid group and even if you are a tenure you could be replaced/demoted for not showing up to raids or raging out for example.
